A key to my empathy for partners is active listening and frequent validation.
My background as a business owner & web developer have enabled me to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

I find working as a member of a team rewarding and value the inspiration of others as much as the immediate feedback on my work.
I’m equally comfortable facilitating activities and being an active participant and have success engaging with cross-functional teams geographically distributed.
