Multiple design thinking workshops were facilitated over an 18 month period aimed at rethinking home lending from our customer’s perspective and developing a strategy for a refreshed end-to-end experience.
About my Product Design facilitation process
A series of design thinking workshops based on previous home ownership user research and co-facilitated by designers across my team resulted in a product strategy for an enhanced home lending experience. My focus was creating concepts for a streamlined application experience and facilitating design thinking activities to improve the hardship servicing experience.
